CARRIER ASS'Y DIFF

It is a part of a differential system of a front engine rear drive vehicle which affects the quality of module.
The raw material is nodular graphite cast iron and it is usually casted using core.
The main function of the differential system is a function of power-conveyance to transmit engine power to rear-wheel.
The other function is to make a turning smooth on a curve road, by decreasing the number of revolutions of the inside wheel and by increasing the number of revolutions of the outside wheel.
To efficiently carry out those functions, a carrier should have four bearing assembling spots and offset of two axles.
Therefore, it requires advanced processing skill and measuring ability, to make delicate machining tolerance and several form tolerance.
