At SUN MACHINERY, the growth of every employee is the growth of the company. We run a range of in-house programs for learning and fellowship.
Domestic & Overseas Study Support
STEP 01
Purpose
- We discover hidden gems — talented people who lack family means or missed the chance to study — and grow their abilities through educational institutions at home and abroad.
- The abilities they build feed back into the company and the nation.
- Many of the talents leading our key policies today came through this program.
STEP 02
Institutions
- Junior colleges, colleges, universities and graduate schools in related fields, day or evening programs.
- Overseas training is included where necessary.
STEP 03
Expenses
- Full tuition and textbook costs for every semester are provided.
- Early leave for study is counted as normal working hours for pay.
- Merit scholarships earned belong to the participant, for further study.
STEP 04
Benefits After Graduation
- Special promotion: junior college +1 · transfer/bachelor +1 · bachelor +2 · master's +2 steps.
- Academic achievement is carried through to career and compensation.

Club Activities & Support
Employee Clubs
Activity funds are provided twice a year (first and second half) to support fellowship and healthy leisure among employees.
